We are a research-driven, multidisciplinary collective dedicated to the exploration of traditional practices, indigenous ingredients and modern culinary techniques, in pursuit of contemporary African classics. Our work comes to life through immersive talks, workshops, and curated tasting events — each one an homage to the richness and complexity of Africa’s culinary heritage.
