Modern African Table began with an openness and willingness to explore What if? and Why not?, followed by the curiosity of what we might find in the process, on the way to the end of that question. It is a research driven collective that is multi-disciplinary in nature and is dedicated to the exploration of traditional practices, indigenous ingredients and modern culinary techniques to create contemporary African classics. Our work is brought to life through immersive talks, hands-on workshops, and curated tasting events.
